- MBBS Degree from a recognized university
- Additional qualification: MD / MS / DNB / Diploma / DNB Diploma / Super Speciality (MCh)
- Must be registered under Tamil Nadu Medical Council
- Completed CRRI (House Surgeon) – Minimum 12 Months
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2025)
- SC / ST / BC / MBC / DNC / BCM: No Maximum Age (below 60 years)
- Others: 37 Years
- Differently Abled (Others): 47 Years
- Ex-Servicemen (Others): 48 Years
