Short Information : Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS), under the State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM), Bihar, has released the official notification for Domain Expert Recruitment 2026. A total of 14 contractual vacancies are available under the 10K FPC Scheme for Cluster Based Business Organizations (CBBOs).

Eligible candidates can apply online through the official BRLPS career portal. The recruitment is purely contractual and co-terminus with the project.

Educational Qualification & Experience

1. Domain Expert – Crop Husbandry

Qualification: Graduate in Agriculture or allied discipline
Experience: Minimum 5 years in crop production, GAP, FPCs, or farmer groups

2. Domain Expert – Agri Marketing / Value Addition

Qualification: Graduate (MBA/PGDM in Agribusiness/Marketing preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in agri marketing, value chain, processing, FPCs

3. Domain Expert – Social Mobilization

Qualification: Graduate (PG/MBA in Rural Development preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in farmer mobilization and community work

4. Domain Expert – Law & Accounts

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce (CA/CS preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting, audit, statutory compliance

5. Domain Expert – FPO Coordinator

Qualification: Graduate (MBA/Rural Management/Agribusiness preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years working with SHGs/Federations/Agribusiness

Age Limit (As on Last Date)

Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 45 Years

Salary / Remuneration

₹80,000 per month (Fixed consolidated remuneration)

Selection Process

The selection will be carried out in two stages:

1. Group Discussion – 15 Marks

2. Personal Interview – 35 Marks

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

UR – 50%
EWS / BC / EBC – 45%
SC / ST – 40%
