Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria as of 1st July 2025:
1. Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
2. Age Limit:
o Minimum Age: 21 years
o Maximum Age: 42 years (born between 2nd July 1983 and 1st July 2004)
o Age Relaxation: As per Uttarakhand Government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Freedom Fighter Dependents.
3. Educational Qualification:
o Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
o Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute (12,000 KDPH).
o Shorthand Speed: 100 words per minute (dictation).
