The Government of Gujarat provides online services for applying for Domicile (Residence), Caste, Income, OBC-NCL and EWS Certificates through its official digital service portals. These certificates are required for government jobs, educational admissions, scholarships, competitive examinations, reservation benefits and welfare schemes in Gujarat.
ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા ડોમિસાઇલ (નિવાસ), જાતિ, આવક, OBC-NCL અને EWS પ્રમાણપત્રો માટે ઓનલાઈન સેવાઓ ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં આવે છે. આ પ્રમાણપત્રો સરકારી નોકરી, શિક્ષણમાં પ્રવેશ, સ્કોલરશીપ, સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષાઓ, આરક્ષણ લાભ અને વિવિધ સરકારી યોજનાઓ માટે જરૂરી છે।

Eligibility Criteria | પાત્રતા માપદંડ

Common Eligibility | સામાન્ય પાત્રતા
• Applicant must be a resident of Gujarat
• Details should match official government records
• અરજદાર ગુજરાતનો નિવાસી હોવો જોઈએ
• માહિતી સરકારી રેકોર્ડ સાથે મેળ ખાતી હોવી જોઈએ

Certificate-wise Eligibility | પ્રમાણપત્ર અનુસાર પાત્રતા

Domicile Certificate:
• Born in Gujarat or residing continuously for the prescribed period
• Parents should be permanent residents of Gujarat
• અરજદારનો જન્મ ગુજરાતમાં થયો હોય અથવા નક્કી કરેલા સમયગાળા સુધી ગુજરાતમાં નિવાસ કર્યો હોય
• માતા-પિતા ગુજરાતના સ્થાયી નિવાસી હોવા જોઈએ

Caste Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to SC / ST / OBC category notified by Gujarat Government
• અરજદાર ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા માન્ય SC / ST / OBC વર્ગનો હોવો જોઈએ

Income Certificate:
• Annual family income from all sources must be declared
• પરિવારની તમામ સ્ત્રોતોથી વાર્ષિક આવક દર્શાવવી જરૂરી છે

OBC-NCL Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to OBC category
• Family income should be within Non-Creamy Layer limit
• અરજદાર OBC વર્ગનો હોવો જોઈએ
• પરિવારની આવક નોન-ક્રીમી લેયરની મર્યાદામાં હોવી જોઈએ

EWS Certificate:
• Family income below ₹8 lakh per annum
• Applicant should not belong to SC / ST / OBC category
• પરિવારની વાર્ષિક આવક ₹8 લાખથી ઓછી હોવી જોઈએ
• અરજદાર SC / ST / OBC વર્ગમાં આવતો ન હોવો જોઈએ

• Address Proof (Ration Card / Electricity Bill / Voter ID)
• Birth Certificate / Class 10 Marksheet
• Income Proof

🔹 Step 1: Visit Official Website

🔹 Step 2: Registration / Login

• Register or login using mobile number / Aadhaar
• Verify via OTP
• મોબાઇલ નંબર અથવા આધાર દ્વારા રજિસ્ટ્રેશન / લોગિન કરો
• OTP દ્વારા ચકાસણી કરો

🔹 Step 3: Select Certificate Service

Choose required service:
Domicile / Caste / Income / OBC-NCL / EWS
Department: Revenue Department, Government of Gujarat

🔹 Step 4: Fill Application Form
Enter personal details, address, family information and certificate-specific details carefully.
