Domicile Certificate:
• Born in Odisha or residing continuously for the prescribed period
• Parents should be permanent residents of Odisha

• ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଜନ୍ମିତ ହେବା କିମ୍ବା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ସମୟ ଧରି ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ରହୁଥିବା ହେବା

Caste Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to SC / ST / OBC / SEBC category notified by Odisha Government
