Domicile Certificate:
• Born in Punjab or residing continuously for the prescribed period
• Parents should be permanent residents of Punjab
• ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਮਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਥੇ ਵਸਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ
• ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਥਾਈ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਹੋਣ
Caste Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to SC / BC category notified by Punjab Government
• ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ SC / BC ਵਰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਤ ਹੋਵੇ
Income Certificate:
• Annual family income from all sources must be declared
• ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਕੁੱਲ ਆਮਦਨ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ
OBC-NCL Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to OBC category
• Family income should be within Non-Creamy Layer limit
