Walk-in-Interview for Field Investigator (Short-Term Research Project)

Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, has issued an official advertisement for engagement of Non-Institutional Human Resource (NIHR) staff on a purely temporary basis for a short-term research project at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad (Haryana).

Field Investigator

• Monthly Salary: ₹17,000/- (consolidated)

Eligibility Criteria

• High School or equivalent qualification with 3 years of experience from a Government Institution or Recognized Institute
OR
• Certificate of one-year training in the relevant field

Equivalence Clause:
• Intermediate with Science subjects will be treated as 2 years experience
• B.Sc. degree will be treated as 3 years experience

Tenure of Engagement

• The engagement will be for 3 months, subject to satisfactory performance
• Services may be terminated at any time without prior notice
• To resign, one month’s advance notice or salary in lieu thereof is mandatory

General Terms & Conditions

• The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project
• No claim for regular appointment or continuation in any other project
• No benefits such as PF, HRA, LTC, Medical reimbursement, CCA, etc.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
• Candidates working in regular government service are not eligible
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification
