National Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh (NIT Andhra Pradesh) has released an official notification for Walk-in Interaction for engagement of Adhoc Faculty in the Department of Management, School of Humanities and Management, for the Academic Year 2025–26.

Eligible candidates can appear for the Walk-in Interaction on 09 February 2026 at the NIT Andhra Pradesh campus, Tadepalligudem.

NIT Andhra Pradesh invites applications from eligible candidates for Adhoc Faculty (Management) positions on a purely temporary basis. The engagement will be valid up to 31 May 2026. Selection will be based on lecture demonstration and interaction before a duly constituted selection committee.

🎓 Educational Qualifications – NIT Andhra Pradesh Adhoc Faculty Recruitment 2026

✅ Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess any one of the following:

Option 1

• First Class B.Tech (any Engineering discipline)
  AND
• First Class MBA (Full-time)

OR

Option 2

• First Class Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
• First Class M.Com (Full-time)
• First Class MBA (Full-time)

📌 Note:

• M.Com is not mandatory for candidates who possess a Ph.D. (awarded) in the relevant or equivalent discipline.
• Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis but degree not yet awarded will be treated as equivalent to MBA qualification.

⭐ Desirable Qualification

• Ph.D. in relevant or equivalent discipline

• Lecture Demonstration (Chalk & Talk mode)

📌 Candidates must prepare a lecture from Management subjects (UG syllabus of NIT Andhra Pradesh).

❌ No TA/DA will be paid

📝 Documents Required at Walk-in Interaction

Candidates must bring:

• Duly filled application form (pages 4–6 of notification)
• Original certificates from Matriculation onwards
• Self-attested photocopies of all documents
• Caste / EWS / PwD certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhaar or Govt. photo ID
• Recent passport-size photograph
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) (if employed in Govt./PSU)

⚠️ Candidates without proper documents will not be allowed for lecture demonstration.

⚠️ Important Instructions

• Engagement is purely temporary and Adhoc
• Contract will automatically terminate on 31 May 2026
• Selected candidates must join immediately
• Contract can be terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice
• Accommodation may be provided in Guest House/Hostel on payment basis (up to 3 days, subject to availability)
• Canvassing in any form will lead to cancellation of candidature
