FACT Eligibility Criteria 2025
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: 26 years as of November 1, 2025

- PwBD (40% and above): 10 years
Educational Qualifications:
Applicants must possess the required qualification (as mentioned above) from a recognized institution/board. The course must be full-time and regular.

- For Craftsman (Machinist) and Craftsman (Auto Electrician) posts, a Kerala Domicile Certificate is mandatory.
FACT Selection Process 2025
The selection will be merit-based, and no written examination will be conducted. The criteria for shortlisting candidates are as follows:
- For Technician (Instrumentation) and Craftsman (Machinist): Preference will be given to candidates with FACT Apprenticeship experience, followed by earlier year of passing the qualification, and then the earlier date of birth.
- For Craftsman (Auto Electrician): Candidates will be ranked based on the earlier year of passing the qualification, followed by the earlier date of birth.
FACT Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of ₹25,000/- per month. This pay may increase by 3% every year on successful completion of the contract period. Additional benefits such as Leave, ESI, Provident Fund, and other allowances will be provided according to company rules.
