Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience

District Programme Assistant (IT – Mission Shakti)

• Graduation with working knowledge of computers/IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management and web-based reporting

Data Entry Operator (IT – PMMVY)

• Graduation with computer/IT knowledge
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Case Worker

• Bachelor’s degree in Law / Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Social Science
• Minimum 3 years of experience in women-related programmes
• Must be a resident of the local community

Counselor

• Degree/Diploma in Psychology / Psychiatry / Neurosciences
• Preferably 3 years of experience in health-related government or NGO projects

Resident Superintendent

• Master’s degree in Law / Sociology / Social Work / Psychology or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in women-related administrative work
• At least 1 year counselling experience preferred

Office Assistant

• Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in office documentation
• Computer proficiency required

Multi-Purpose Staff (MPW)

• Literate person with relevant experience
• High school qualification preferred

Cook

• Literate person with cooking experience
• High school pass preferred

Security Guard / Night Guard

• HSLC passed or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as security personnel
• Retired military/paramilitary personnel preferred

Age Limit (As on 01 January 2025)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST – 5 Years
• OBC – 3 Years
• PwD – 10 Years

Selection Process

Selection will be done through:

• Walk-in Interview
• Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email and office notice board
