Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
Knowledge of Sikkim's state languages is desirable.
Must possess a valid Sikkim Subject Certificate or Certificate of Identification.

Age Limit (as on 31/01/2026):

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
Age relaxation as per government norms.

Salary / Pay Scale

The selected candidates will be appointed under Level 11 of the Pay Matrix as per the Sikkim Government rules. During probation, pay will be governed by Notification No. 489/GEN/DOP dated 31.10.2011.
