Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess all three qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- Typewriting with minimum 40 WPM speed on computer
- PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application)
Additional Requirements
- Must be an Indian citizen
- Good character, sound health, and no criminal antecedents
- Must not have more than one spouse (if married)
Age Limit (as on 13-01-2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
Age Relaxation
- SC / ST / SEBC / Women: 5 years
- PwD: 10 years
- PwD (SC/ST/SEBC): 15 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government rules
Salary Details
- Pay Scale: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 per month
- Pay Level: Level-4 of ORSP Rules, 2017
- DA and other allowances as per Odisha Government norms

Selection Process
Selection will be conducted in four stages:
1. Preliminary Examination (Qualifying)
2. Language Test (Qualifying)
3. Computer Application Test (Qualifying)
4. Main Written Examination (Typewriting Test) – Final Merit
Final selection is based only on marks obtained in the Typewriting Test.
