The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research – National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-NEERI), Nagpur has released an official notification for the engagement of Project Associate-I under an externally funded R&D project on a purely temporary and contractual basis.
Eligible and interested candidates are invited to attend a Walk-In Interview for project staff engagement under the project “Integrated bio-based solutions to uplift multilayer plastic material (BIOLIFT)” at CSIR-NEERI, Nagpur.

Educational Qualification

M.Sc. / Integrated Master’s Degree in

Job Requirements
Selected candidates will be involved in:
- Field survey and sample collection
- Laboratory work
- Data analysis
- Molecular biology techniques
- Analytical techniques related to the project
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 35 years
- Age is calculated as per CSIR rules
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms
Monthly Emoluments
- ₹31,000 + HRA
(for candidates qualified in CSIR-UGC / ICAR / ICMR NET, GATE, or equivalent national-level exams)
OR
- ₹25,000 + HRA
(for candidates without the above qualifications)
Selection Process
- Mode of Selection: Walk-In Interview only
- Selection will be based on academic performance, experience, and interview performance

- Original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies of:
- Aadhaar Card
- 10th & 12th Mark Sheets

- Engagement is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project
- No claim for regular appointment in CSIR / NEERI
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
- Final semester / result-awaited candidates are not eligible
