Roles and Responsibilities

1. Development of e-Content and self-learning e-modules for academic programmes.

2. Review shooting scripts and raw materials to create a shot decision list ensuring scene continuity and quality.

3. Record, edit, and fine-tune video content to ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions.

4. Write voiceovers/commentaries for educational videos.

5. Perform online and offline editing to produce high-quality content.

Educational Qualifications

Essential:

• B.A. (Multimedia) or equivalent degree programme with at least 1 year of relevant experience,
  OR

• Diploma / Certification in Video Editing with 2 years’ experience.

Desirable:

• Additional certifications in related fields.

• Prior experience in developing academic e-content and e-learning modules.

Skills Required

• Strong creativity and passion for film and video editing.

• Excellent sense of timing, visual awareness, and attention to detail.

• Ability to listen to feedback, collaborate with team members, and maintain consistency.

• High levels of self-motivation, commitment, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Muse, Spark), Final Cut Pro, and Maya.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
