Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), a Grant-in-Aid Institute under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, in collaboration with M/s Innovsource Services Pvt. Ltd., invites eligible candidates for a Walk-In Interview for the post of Assistant (Accounts). The selected candidate will be deployed at Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Punjab on a contractual basis.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounting tasks including payroll processing.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Assist in preparation of monthly reports and reconciliations.

• Support the finance team in day-to-day operations.

Educational Qualifications

Essential:

• B.Com / M.Com with at least 2 years’ experience in the accounts department, preferably in payroll processing.

Desirable:

• MBA (Finance), CA (Inter), or ICWA (Inter) will be preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processes.

• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
